Our policies for returns and cancellations

Clients may cancel scheduled organization services with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds for completed services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our organization services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.
If we provide organization products as part of our service, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Products must be in resalable condition.
If you need to modify your organization plan after service has begun, we will work with you to adjust the approach. Additional charges may apply for significant changes to the original plan.
